When John Ondrasik and I started Let Music Fill My World in 2023, we had a dream, funding, and … no plan of execution. Cait was instrumental in bringing our vision to life and turning Let Music Fill My World into a nationally recognized nonprofit. She helped build the Let Music Fill My World brand from the ground up, leading the development of strategic campaigns like the Music Matters Challenge and the Power of Music series. Through her work, Cait expanded our organization’s reach and built meaningful relationships with key partners in the music education space. She brings energy, passion, and a strategic mindset — qualities that make her an ideal fit for organizations in need of a “dreamer” who thinks big.
